Philip has over 30 years of experience in private sector industry, including 20 years in senior management positions.
He has in-depth knowledge of leading and managing change activities both in the UK and overseas, including the successful implementation of major projects where effective team performance was a key requirement.
In addition he has led a variety of people centred change initiatives on large manufacturing sites, including organisational culture change.
His extensive line management experience has given him a 'hands on' understanding of a broad range of HR processes including performance management, appraisal and reward, recruitment and selection, succession planning and discipline and grievance procedures.
All this experience has confirmed his belief that developing individuals and teams to their full potential is essential for the delivery of outstanding organisational performance.
His aim is to share this experience for the benefit of his clients. His key areas of expertise are individual, team and organisational development with a strong emphasis on coaching for performance.
